Weighing at 203 pounds today! A bigger drop from the last time I marked my monthly progress! With only 3 months under my belt and about 7 pounds down since I started, I think I can easily hit 189 in the next 9 months!!! With so much to be happy about with this new weight, this month did not all go according to plan and might end up being a fluke month. I was seriously sick last week with a stomach bug and have since been eating pretty lean in order to recover.
My workout cadence was effected by being sick. There were almost three days where I had to stretch during harder exercise segment. I was so weak when I was sick that I felt faint when I got out of bed. Of course, I did not intend on skipping a day, I just swapped out harder, or more intense exercises, with stretching.
I also forgot to mention that the app grants the user a new workout for every 60 days that the user continues their streak. So instead of having access to only one workout, I have two. The second one is called "Upper Body" and is comprised of these 12 workouts -
As you can see from this new workout, it is pretty intense and heavy on the arms/shoulders. I remember that I was super pumped when the workout was unlocked and I did it that same day... It was SOOOO hard to complete this workout since it was a total course-correction from the normal workout that I had been doing. I am excited to do more of it.

My goal by our next check in will be sub-200. That would be such a huge accomplishment for me if I do it! It will have been almost 3 years that I have been over 200 lbs, so ... fingers crossed and stay tuned!
