Total weight: 209
Not a huge drop in weight, but some serious muscle definition was developed over the last month. My cadence for going to the gym increased this month. I also found a good grove for my diet as well. Overall the month was a solid fitness month. I am still on track to complete my 365-day workout streak, of course, but I think since I am in the home stretch, I should start focusing on weight loss, rather than weight gain.
The diet I had implemented before involved so sugars, no booze, and lots of water. I still tried to hit three meals a day but they were small meals, especially at dinner. Like most diet journeys, I found myself being very fussy while this diet was occurring, but it was worth it. Halfway through this month I weighed in at 205, so that was quite a surprise.
Next month I will be very stringent on my diet and less on my gym activity. I am not trying to get big now, so I might forgo lots of gym visits and only visit the Y when I need to go for a swim or run on the treadmill. Wish me luck, and stay tuned for how this next month shapes out.
