It has been 300 days since I started working out everyday and monitoring my fitness.

Status of workout routine everyday: On Track
I am happy to announce that I only have two months length of working out everyday. Sad thing is, this the first month that I weighed in and found myself gaining weight, 2 lbs to be exact. No matter though, the weight is distributed evenly around my body and its mostly muscle.
I plan to put into play a couple of tactics over the next couple of weeks to get my weight back down to my starting weight:
1- Drink more water
2- Light dinners (one serving)
3- No booze (one month only)
